Coffee ain’t the best breakfast!
So many reasons why coffee isn’t the best breakfast or part of any good breakfast.
It doesn’t give nutrients.
It makes the liver work too hard to early
it’s full of mycotoxins
it alters the digestive pH
it fools the body into thinking it‘s not hungry
it creates a caffeine addiction and reduces the body’s use of its own wake-up hormones
Try tea, try water with lemon or raw apple cider vinegar. Even try maybe having a hardy breakfast. Give your body a break and save some money and enzymes and avoid the coffee!
